John W. Kelly, PhD is the founder and Executive Chairman of Graphika and a recognized expert in network and computational analysis of online behavior. He has advised the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, testified on foreign interference in U.S. elections, and worked with institutions including the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and Columbia University, where he earned his PhD in Communications.

Vladimir Barash, PhD is Chief Scientist at Graphika, where he leads research in social network analysis and large-scale online behavior that powers the company’s analytic platform. He holds a PhD from Cornell University in Information Science focused on the spread of rumors and viral content in social networks, and has conducted research on disinformation, AI-generated content, and influence campaigns, including testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives.

Elizabeth Groeneman is Controller at Graphika, responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. She has a background spanning science publishing, retail accounting, and office management, and graduated from Bryn Mawr College with honors in archaeology and a minor in geology.

Guyte McCord is CEO of Graphika, where he leads the company’s mission to help organizations understand and respond to complex online threats. He brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and commercial strategy, and previously served as Managing Director at Intuition, leading its Technology and Managed Services division serving global clients across banking, life sciences, energy, and government.

Jennifer Vaziralli is Chief Revenue Officer at Graphika, where she leads go-to-market strategy and revenue execution. She has held senior leadership roles at multiple high-growth technology companies and serves on the board of 757 Angels, while also coaching early-stage business founders. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees from Virginia Tech.

Lauren Pencek is Chief Operating Officer at Graphika, responsible for executing strategic priorities and overseeing operational performance. She has previously worked at the National Security Agency and Northrop Grumman in strategy, data science, and financial analysis roles, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School along with a background in mathematics and economics.
